Fatigue Care at Park Integrative Health is a comprehensive, compassionate, multidisciplinary program designed to help you understand and manage the many forms of fatigue.
How is Fatigue Care is right for me?
Fatigue is complex.
It can come from chronic illness, autonomic dysfunction, perimenopause, nutritional deficiencies, long COVID, burnout, sleep disruption, or prolonged stress. Many people struggle to find care that is validating, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Fatigue Care at PIH offers a safe, trauma-informed, evidence-aligned framework to assess and manage fatigue across several distinct pathways.
Our approach blends allied health support, nervous system regulation, pacing education, nutritional guidance, and practical strategies for daily functioning.
Fatigue Care focuses on providing you with coping strategies, delivered through PIH’s allied health services and our Client Care Program, to help you manage fatigue, burnout, overextension, and other fatigue-related ailments.
You may also find it helpful to access the other stream in our Integrative Fatigue Care Program, Infusion Therapy, which offers iron or saline IV therapies delivered by experienced nurses. Learn more about Infusion Therapy here.

Attend your initial assessment appointment with our Fatigue Client Care Consultant, where you will receive:
A fatigue-focused intake
Screening for red flags and underlying medical concerns
Identification of the most appropriate stream
A clear explanation of what to expect
Referrals to allied health practitioners and the PIH nursing team (if required)
Receive your individual care plan with:
Pacing strategies
Sensory regulation
Sleep support
Nutrition and hydration guidance
Autonomic stabilization
Allied Health Referrals (OT, PT, psychology, acupuncture, nutrition, massage, etc)
