Community Investment
Investing in our community is a value we hold dear, and one we believe is critical to advancing the mission and vision of Park Integrative Health™️.
Each year, we dedicate time and resources to volunteering in our community with organizations and causes that align with our values.
Here are some of our heart causes:
The Bent Arrow Traditional Healing Society
Bent Arrow is dedicated to supporting the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being of Indigenous children, youth, and families in Edmonton and surrounding areas. They provide culturally responsive programming that promotes healing, resiliency, and cultural connectedness.
The Little Warriors Be Brave Ranch
The Be Brave Ranch provides specialized, intensive treatment for children and teens who have experienced sexual abuse. Programs are designed for ages 8–17 and focus on building resilience, restoring trust, and helping participants move forward with strength and confidence.
Community Wellness at Synapse by Park Integrative Health
Community Wellness is Park Integrative Health’s not-for-profit event hosted monthly at Synapse. This is a free/pay-what-you-can event, up to a maximum of $20 per person, with any funds raised covering the cost of supplies. Community Wellness is designed for those who may otherwise be unable to access allied health treatments, and invites everyone to come as you are and experience the calming, restorative benefits of allied health therapies in a welcoming space.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride (DGR)
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride unites classic and vintage-style motorcycle riders from all over the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.
Root for Trees
Root for Trees is the City of Edmonton's volunteer tree-planting initiative that increases tree and shrub planting throughout the city with the help of corporations, local businesses, community groups, teams, families and individual residents.
